Back...kinda

So, I've recently been asked if I'm ever going to blog again. My response? I don't know. Well, I guess I'm blogging right now, lol. I'm moved into the house, my stress level is slowly decreasing, but we have a ton to do...and I can't find half our crap! LOL Where the hell did all of our pots and pans and tools go? Seriously, I found 1 of our 3 or 4 drills...none of our 3 or 4 hammers, some of our MANY screwdrivers. What happened??? I remember throwing away our dishes and some of our pans, but what about the rest? Where's all the pots? I'm a terrible packer. I know that I'm a terrible packer. But, I didn't expect to move in without Sailor. I expected us to move in to our new house at the same time and buy what we needed then. I didn't know that we'd buy new dishes in Greece and I'd be suck for 2 months with no dishes at all. I didn't know that I'd leave half our stuff in the workshop because I don't feel like going through all the damn boxes. I didn't know any of this stuff. So for now, I'm eating off of paper plates and a Carebears bowl. We had a TON of dishes in Greece, and a huge kitchen to put it all in...well, now Sailor has a ton of dishes and a huge kitchen, and I have no dishes and a small kitchen. So not fair! So, Sailor will be back in a month and a half and I have a LONG list of things for him to do when he gets home, lol. I don't know if/when I'll update you, but it's not because I don't want to keep you updated...it's because I'm lazy! I just haven't felt like writing. I'm pretty sure you all have my email address, though, so feel free to write me!

House!

I have found a house! It didn't take long at all. There really wasn't much in my price range at all, but I actually fell in love with the first one I saw! I looked at others, of course, but ended up going back to the first one and making an offer. I now have a contract on it and will be closing in the middle of April.

Now for the bad news...Sailor isn't coming home until July. He was originally supposed to come home in July, but then when he picked his orders, found out that he'd be coming back in April. So when I left, I left alot of stuff there since he'd be back so soon. I've been totally stressed out, I know that I'm not the only military wife and I know that time apart is just part of the job, but it sucks! There are times when I'm totally into this life, but others when I just don't know if I'm strong enough for it. I think it's mostly a difference of can't and don't want to. I know that I can do it all myself, but I really don't want to...so sometimes I start feeling like I can't, you know?

I am really anxious to get settled into our new house, but I really wanted Sailor to be part of the painting and moving and settling in process. I also have a long honey-do list for him...I'm sure he's excited, lol.

I'm Back

Hey, everyone! I'm back from Greece. I really enjoyed my time there and didn't want to come back, but it was time. We'll be moving back to Jax, so I'll be house hunting soon. I hope everyone's doing great! I'll try and be a more active blogger now that I'm back and have internet.

One month later...

Battery's about to die and I'm running out of time, but I'm still alive! We're doing great here, we really like it. Princess LOVES having Daddy around so much and Bebe is getting so big! She weighs 12 1/2 lbs now and is smiling and making noises and getting really strong. It's really beautiful here, but very different! I'll try and post again soon.

Almost Time!

We're leaving the state on Tuesday, leaving the country on Wednesday, and arriving in Greece on Thursday! I'm sooo excited! I can't wait to see Sailor! Princess is really excited, too, her voice gets really high when she repeats how many days are left til we see Daddy. Princess went to Universal Studios with the in-laws yesterday. She had a blast, wouldn't stop talking about it when she got home! They got her a Thing 1 tshirt and Bebe a Thing 2 onesie. Soooo cute! I can't wait to put them on them and take pictures! Wish me luch on flying solo with the kids! I won't have much internet access when I first get there (Sailor's getting the run around about hooking up a phone, and he needs that in order to get DSL), but I'll update when I can.

Stressed!

Princess has diaper rash, so I didn't put a diaper on her this morning to let her air out some. She wanted one and is whining because it hurts, but I didn't give her one. I went to go brush my teeth and one of the dogs got into the trash and littered pads all over the bathroom. The door was closed, so someone had to have seen the mess and close the door, but didn't bother to clean it up. So why do I feel obligated to do it? This is the 3rd time I've had to clean up pads because of that dog and I NEVER leave the bathroom doors open. I'm just so frustrated! So I finally get to brush my teeth and then Princess starts crying, so I rush back to the bedroom (still brushing my teeth) and she's peed on the floor...and in my shoe. I get some rags to start cleaning it up, finish brushing my teeth, and then finish cleaning it up. After all of that, I finally got to get a cup of coffee and cereal bar for breakfast! I'm just so stressed out that everything seems to go like that for me...and before my coffee! I so wish I could just go back to bed.

The good news is...we have passports! I'm really excited about going to see Sailor...less than 2 weeks! I have sooo much to do, though, and no energy to do it with! LOL Sailor's Dad is getting me some boxes this weekend, so I can pack a bunch of stuff up and mail it to Sailor. That way I don't have to take as much with me.

I started working out this week. I went to Salsa on Monday and Pump on Tuesday. I stayed at a friend's house on Wednesday and was sore on Thursday, so skipped class. I really like Pump, it's definitely a full body workout!
