Stinky!
Princess looked at me earlier, waved her arm and said "Come on, Stinky". I didn't know what she was talking about, so I just kept drinking my coffee, lol. A minute later, she started grunting, so I looked down her pants, and she had a stinky! So I told her she went stinky and said "Come on" so we could go get a diaper, she went and sat on her potty instead! What a big girl! She went stinky and then went and sat on her potty (fully dressed, of course). She's getting it! I knew she understood when we went potty, but now she really gets it! So I'm thinking that's a good sign, and maybe it won't be long before she's ready to use the potty for real! She's been doing so much better about sitting on the potty for a long time and really likes her potty book and loves to praise Molly (the girl in the book) for going potty. So maybe, just maybe, she's ready...or almost ready. Yay!

WOOHOO It sounds like Princess is really getting the idea! That is a big start!!
Does Princess have any big girl panties yet? That is a good way to get them excited.. I did that with Sonshine, told him you can have big boy undies like Sonderful if you keep trying buddy!! He eventually got it and was so excited when he was finally allowed to wear them all the time..
Though we do have bed wetting problems at 4yrs old..and he doesn't wipe yet..But we are now working on him with boxers..LOL He is dying to get his own boxers like Sonderful now wears and so we are working on if you start to wipe you can get some boxers..LOL
It is not working so well this time..LOL
But it sounds like Princess is getting it, so that is awesome!
Wow, WTG Princess! It does sound like she is catching on. yep the whole big girl panties worked for Bowlergirl as well. Only problem she had, was she was afraid of the big potty. Then one day she just got over it and started using it. so hopefully soon princess will be there, Good Luck!

Princess does have big girl panties and we tried potty training a few weeks ago and letting her wear the panties, but she didn't seem to care when her panties got wet. In fact, most of the pee ended up on the floor anyway, so she'd just play with it. Ewww! Anyway, she did LOVE wearing them, so I'll definitely try them again when she's ready to start working on it again.
YAY WTG Princess!!! Before long she'll be going all by herself, she'll still need your assistance though (perhaps for the next 3 yrs LOL)
